Found these pencils 12 per pack for $1 at the dollar store last week. I am taking these to a craft fair this weekend, but may make more to hand out at Halloween!
For those who have asked...
The topper is a black piece of cardstock 1-5/8 inches by 3-3/4 inches, scored the long way at 1-5/8 inches and 2-1/8 inches. This leaves a 1/2 inch "bottom" to the "triangle" when you fold at the scored places. I punched a hole in the center of this "bottom" piece with a regular round hole punch, pushed the pencil through and stuck the two open top ends of the cardstock together with a small glue dot. the images are punched out of white with the larger SU square punch. and adhered with snail. (easier to do before you put it on the pencil!)

Thanks so much for taking the time to give the destructions! I am looking for a pencil-topping treatment (for my son's class, for tomorrow, of course), and it's such a WONDERFUL treat to have it spelled out for me! Thank you so much for sharing your cute idea!
