Here's my card for today's Color Challenge...pomegranate or rose red combined with always artichoke and taken with teal.
I needed to make a birthday card for my mother-in-law...and she's a bird fanatic...so I thought I'd put my Natural Beauty images to use. I just love this set, and may be ISO'ing it soon. I got these images from Gwen (tturtle) through wish-RAK. Thanks SO MUCH, Gwen.
I made the artichoke background using the Sanded BG stamp and *real* leaves from the yard. I learned this technique through VSN this past weekend. Thank you Melody (lacyquilter)! I think this is my favorite new way to stamp...using live leaves. Here's the link to that challenge if you want to check it out: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
TFL, and have a great day!

Oh, this is so beautiful! Your coloring, your design, the cutout images, the small cuttlebugged panel....everything is wonderful! Thanks for the link about the leaves, too!
