I put together a box to hold some of my cards for my stamp meetings but then thought it would be great to give as a gift of cards! I apologize for the quality of the photos!

Here you go. Thank you everyone. I kinda like this!!! lol
Accordion Card Box
Materials:
matte board or stiff card board: 2 – 5in x 6 ¾in and 1 – 1 ¼in x 6in
ultrasmooth white cardstock: 2 – 6 ½in x 8in for outside
2 – 4 ¾in x 6 ½in for inside
2 – 4 ¼in x 5 ½in (half sheet) for accordion fold
1 – 2 ½in x 6 ½in for inside bottom
2 pieces of colored cardstock to match your inks;
1 – 4in x 6 ½in for outside bottom
1 – 5 ½in x 6 ¾in for flap
ribbon to go around the box and tie in a bow
stamps
ink pads
double sided tape or good glue, glue dots
scissors
crimper (optional but a nice touch!)
Directions:
Stamp 6 ½ x 8 cs for outside and 4 ¾ x 6 ½ cs for inside.
Stamp both sides 4 ¼ x 5 ½ cs for accordion sides and fold in accordion style at approx. 1 cm intervals.
Stamp 2 ½ x 6 ½ cs for inside bottom. Cover cardboard pieces with outside cs like you would for a journal, folding edges and clipping corners. Crimp 4 x 6 ½ colored cs about 1 inch from each edge and crimp the other colored piece for the flap 2 inches from one edge.
(If you are using a brad to attach your ribbon to the box do it now so that it won’t show on the inside.)
Lay covered pieces stamped side up leaving 1 ½ - 1 ¾ space between them for the bottom of the box.
(If you stamped with directional stamps, make sure that they will face the right way when the box is assembled.) Place ribbon across the pieces and adhere with glue dots so that you have enough ribbon to come around the top of the box and tie. Attach 4 x 6 ½ crimped cardstock to the pieces with ds tape or glue. Turn over and bend slightly on each side to make corners. Fasten 1 ¼ strip of cardboard to inside bottom. Tape/glue 2 ½ strip to bottom and two sides of the box. Now attach the two 4 ¾ x 6 ½ pieces to the inside of the box, again watching for direction. Almost done!!
Fasten uncrimped part of the flap piece to the top back of the box. Rip or cut to desired shape at the front. Cut slits to thread ribbon through at the point of the flap or use brads or eyelets to attach ribbon.
Place double-sided tape down each end of the accordion papers. Attach each accordion paper to one inside section of the box. Then do the other side. Tie the ribbon in a bow and Voila!
