Joy garland using On Board Garland Greetings chipboard and Holiday Harmony DSP. I think this would make a good stamp camp project, a good start into chipboard use. I think each letter took me about 20-30 min.

Do you mean the Purely Pomegranate DSP being smooth? I believe (I should have written it down!) I mounted the PP DSP (big enough piece to cover the letter opening) on the backing CS, then mounted the decorated chipboard letter piece over that. I hope this answers your question!
