I missed the "wave" of these last year, so I scoured the stores yesterday looking for "early peeps!" (tougher than you'd expect!!!) At any rate here's my attempt...I'm not overjoyed with the paper colors...so I guess that means I'll just have to make MORE!!!
I jazzed my jar with a 12" strip of Creepy Crawly DSP and a medallion made from Batty for You set. Oh, and I added a tip to the recipe...."To make cutting your Peeps a breeze, spray your knife/shears with cooking spray first!" (Very important here in sub-tropical Florida...blech!)

I was wondering the same thing, Julie! As shown, there's over $5 in supplies and if you supposed to double your cost that would be $10...but would someone pay that much for this????
