This is for today's color challenge of Pretty in Pink, Purely Pomegranate and Old Olive -- some of my favorite combinations!!!
This is a 4 1/4" square card using Sweet Sampler -- how I love that cute little set!!! When I was making this card it reminded me of those candies my Grandma used to give us when we were kids -- I can't think of the name of them -- pink, large, chalky round mints -- always reminded us of Pepto Bismol, but we loved them!!! I think I'll get some of those and make up a little gift bag of those candies with a coordinating tag and this card -- wouldn't that be cute!!!
The scallop is made with the corner rounder and I used the SAMJ to line up the lace from Trimtastic which is the same size as the scallop -- very quick and easy!!! The DP is in the new Holiday Mini -- just love it!!! Great Christmas papers!!!
Thanks for looking!
Editing: No one can remember the name of those candies -- it just came to me -- I think -- was it Pep-O-Mints -- wasn't there a big O in the middle? Not sure, but maybe?

DROP DEAD GORGEOUS, Sharon! I love the scalloped striped paper with the scalloped Trimtastic lace and that gorgeous ribbon. My grandma use to give us those candies, too, but I'm blanking on the name of them.

Absoluely awesome, Sharon! I love that soft sweeping scallop and I just can't believe how the trimtastic lines up PERFECTLY with it. (That might have been an all day project for me! lol!) By the way . . . when you have time, which corner rounder was that? The corner rounder that I have from SU makes very small scallops . . . or am I doing it wrong?
