This was a plain chipboard file box (the black flap and snap were already there) I found at Target for 99 cents. The inside dividers were plain kraft paper. I covered the box with cardstock from Martha's Halloween pack. Used a long handled tiny circle punch to free the snap. Ribbon from JoAnn's clearance bin. I inked the round tag with black to dull down the shiny look. Holds Fabriano note cards perfectly (but not the envy). Thought I'd put 2 cards into each category. Any ideas on what to do with the envelopes would be appreciated. I thought about just tying them on with more ribbon??

Thanks, yes, I covered the sides as well. Cut the DP 9 X 7. Scored the bottom and sides, cut tabs where lines intersected on the bottom then folded like wrapping a package so it's a one piece wrap. Used Terrific Tape (Scor-Pal site) to secure. This DP has a cute border on the sides. I had to cut a border strip to match the left side. The border runs along the top back and down both sides. There is an opening under the flap so you can see the index tabs. I just snipped down, folded in and secured. Nice and neat. TFS!!

I love this. Very cute. Is there a tutorial on the ribbon tying?

Thanks! I saw a ribbon typing tutorial on one of the blogs I read. I will try to find it and post the link here. To tie this ribbon, I first secured it to the box with my ATC gun (double-sided tape) leaving the ends free. I made the first knot with the box right side up, turned the box upside down then tied the final knot. I use this tech on cards as well for this kind of knot and it works for me but will get you the "real deal:.
