These are stamps by Just for Fun (www.jffstamps.com). You stamp the postage stamp image then put the template over the image (like masking) and stamp your postage stamp images in the centers. Works great!! You just need to be careful when inking the stamps and not get ink in the centers or you have "shadows". They have a bunch of different configurations. Sure makes doing the faux postage technique MUCH easier!

Aren't Just For Fun's postage stamps THE best! I had the same problem with the inside portion of the stamp picking up ink and leaving an unwanted mark on the paper....I went in with an x-acto knife, sliced out the center section of the solid part and lifted it out (you can also use your rubber cutting scissors for this). I didn't have to cut very close to design lines to get rid of the problem....the very center of the solid part is the contact pointand when it's gone, so is the problem.
