I needed a birthday card for a little boy and this is what I came up with. I used masking to put a party hat on his head (from Let's Party) and the present is popped up on dimensionals to cover a smudge I made at the last second when the card was done!!
I used my Cuttlebug which I have been ignoring lately, with the Spots & Dots Folder.
I hardly ever use colors like this, in fact, this may be the first time I have ever even touched yo yo yellow.
