The Papertrey Text Boxed flowers were stamped with Versamark and then heat embossed with white embossing powder, they brayering Soft Sky over the glossy card stock. I drew brown centers with my Copic marker. Since Copic markers are solvent based, they work wonderfully on glossy card stock, much like a Sharpie pen would.
I used my Pretties Kit and dyed two of the flowers using Soft Sky and Groovy Guava. I dyed these petals by just pressing the flowers into the ink pads until they were the desired shade. I used this same dying method to dye the white taffeta ribbon to match the flower.
The stick pin was the first one that I had used from my kit. Using a few beads from the kit and a few from my stash, I finished it off by running it through the flower petals before adhering the flower to the card, topping it off with a half pearl from the kit. (HALF PEARLS ROCK)
