Sure - I first stamped the background paper in Night of Navy craft ink, and then embossed it with crystal clear embossing powder. I then carefully traced the parts of the snowflakes I wanted sparkly with my versamarker, and used heat and stick powder on it. After I warmed up the heat & stick, I applied the dazzling diamond powder to it, and heat it one more time to set it.
I did the same with the white snowflake, only using whisper white craft ink and white embossing powder instead.
Lastly, although it didn't show up in the scan, I tore the paper so that the rough side was nice and big, and used my versamarker to ink the "snow drift". I did the same process with heat and stick and dazzling diamonds to get the sparkly drift.
