I made these cards because I wanted to make some simple yet lovely cards...of course the harder I try for simple...the more elaborate my cards seem to become...so I decided that I would only use one BG stamp for them all and that I wouldn't embellish too much...so I decided to stick with Silver Organdy (so sad this retired...I really miss it!)...a brad here and there and ticket & photo corner or WW punches. Each card took about 15 minutes to make (mostly because of the watercoloring) and could be recreated in about 5 - 10 minutes (if you pre emboss your images) I would think. Anyhow, I wanted to share something that would be very easy to recreate even for beginning stampers...this is such a lovely set and certainly the one that I will be using for our Christmas cards this year...I ordered it because "I had to have it..." then got it and found it hard to play with...since I decided to use it to emboss with...I'm overflowing with ideas for this set. I hope that you are as inspired by these lovelies as I am and I'm sure will continue to be. Thank you for taking the time to look! Happy Stampin! God Bless!

Both your nativity and angel cards are beautiful! They are so elegant. I think you achieved what you tried to do --- create something different, but still keeping it fairly simple. Did you emboss first, or watercolor first? You did a lovely job. I'd be very proud of these cards!
