My post it note holder was inspired by a blooming stamper who is 12 years old. nicoleo789 is Vicky Goulds Grand daughter and takes after her Dear sweet Grandma when it comes to papercrafting.
Here's my confession:
#1: I am a post it note junkie. They are everywhere from marking pages in books to plastered all around my computer moniter. The problem is, I can't ever find my post it pad when I need to make an important note. (which is many times a day)
#2: There is a chain restaurant that just happens to leave a stack of light weight coasters on each table. (don't say I sent you, but it's Chili's) On a recent visit, My Husband literally did some collecting and filled my purse with them! What's a girl to do but use them for something useful other than sopping up condensation from and icy margarita glass?
#3 Make coaster boxes! I adore cosmo cricket Dutch Girl DP's so that is what I chose for my personal post it corral. Oh, I have a gazillion eyelets that rarely get used, so this is a great way to use some of them up too. Thanks for looking and reading my long story!

Love it! Did you cut the coaster in half? I would like to try this and make some up for gifts. I had no idea our regular punches could cut through this without dulling them.

I'll go ahead and confess that my hubby did the same for me a couple of months ago...and I still have not done a thing with them. Thanks for sharing your creation--very cute!

Shelly, you did an awesome job. Nicole will be so proud - however, I first saw it here, but do not know who posted it first - in any event, I love your eyelets and brads and lacing! Great job - don't you just love the end results!
