A coworker wanted a luau card for her granddaughter's birthday. Not sure it's luau but it's beachy. The background was sponged with the cloud template in bashful blue. The palm tree was from Sunny Season's Greetings. I used marker on the stamp itself in order to omit the Christmas lights, cut it out and glued it on. The water in the background is torn paper but not very much shows through. The sand in the front is creamy carmel with Lake Michigan sand glued on it The sun was stamped twice and the face is raised with foam tape, crystal effects on the top and is from Embossing Arts. The little girl is cut out and raised with foam tape also. The stamp is from Stamps Happen. Used prisma pencils on her and the tree. Used the corner punch and layered on taken with teal and tempting turquoise. Added some shells, glitter and ribbon on her hair and she's ready to go! TFL!!
