My 10 year old daughter, Kasey, is a piano player. This past week, she got Grand Champion in the performing arts division at our county fair. I made this card to give to her piano teacher next week along with a bouquet of flowers. She played Torjussen's To the Morning Sun.
Kay, this is such an adorable card and such a thoughtful gift for Kasey's Teacher..!
Kasey.....stick to your practicing. I am sure you are a most accomplished pianist. About 100 years ago I took violin and piano lessons and later ended up going to college to earn a Degree in Music Education and Vocal performance. Music is such a fulfilling and creative outlet and practicing to become your best builds not only your skill but your character. I know your parents must be so proud of you. And your teacher, too!

Congratulations! Playing piano is something I always wanted to do. It just didn't work out for me, but I do have 1 daughter and 1 grand-daughter that did learn to play. I hope you continue to play and keep winning with it. Wish I was there to here you play. I know your parents are proud of you.

WOW!! Way to go Kasey!! All that hard work and boring practices (hehe...that would be my 10 y/o son's version when I "make" him practice!) is starting to pay off!! Your teacher will treasure your card, I'm sure!

WAY TO GO KASEY!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! I so wish I would have stuck with piano lessons when I was a little girl -- today I would love to be able to play something other than Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star!
