I was inspired by the tutorial on alcohol markers to drag out some of my old stamps. (Here: Send a Celebration.) I spent the weekend learning some new techniques. I tend to get comfortable with the same old thing all the time and wanted to branch out. So, I tried the Shaving Cream technique. What fun! And what a mess! I actually did the stamping/coloring and the shaving cream background separately not intending for them to adorn the same card, but they just happened to go well together. (I thought so, anyway.)

So pretty. Fabulous colors. This is the best shaving cream technique project I've ever seen. Fantastic job. Love all the sparkles. Your granddaughter will surely love it. TFS

Wow! Very pretty! I'm not sure I'm brave enough to try this shaving cream technique yet... it sounds so messy! But... the result is really amazing! Your coloring is awesome, too! TFS! It's beautiful!
