I made two of these books. One went to my Husband, with a note from me in the back. The other went to my Father In Law, with a note from my Husband in the back. Both featured artwork from my son on Page 1.

Very cute idea. When I see the completed book/card the rest of the pictures make sense!!! That would make a great gift - I haven't seen this before - did you find it here or did you make it up?

I did make this up but it is very simple. You cut three pieces of card stock in three different colors to 8 3/8" x 5 1/2". The cover is half of a piece of cardstock: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2". Score the cover 4 3/8" from each edge to create the spine.
Each internal page is connected along the edges only with a strip of sticky strip. Only connect page one (the red page in my example) to the cover. When you stretch out the pages, they look like an accordian. By not attaching the last page to the cover, it allows the book to lay flat.
The slip cover is made by scoring a sheet at just a titch over 4 3/8, a titch over 1/4" and then cutting the excess off at the a titch over 4 3/8" on the other side. Turn the sheet and score at a titch over 1/4", a titch over 5 1/2" and cut it off at a titch over 1/4". Cut the corner pieces, fold and attach as an open sided box with sticky strip. Use the circle punch to create two thumb holds on the sides of the box.
To create the peekaboo window, punch through both pages in the same place and then place your photos or other elements on the page so that they show through.
