Darn it, I smudged the white craft ink on the photo!
This is a gift for my boss. I made this last night and used a heat gun on the ink. This morning when I picked it up I touched the ink and it smeared!! I really thought it would be dry. Do you think I should peel off the picture and re-do it, or do you think the smear just adds to the character? I am thinking to just leave it. I still need to make a card and a bag to accompany this gift. Other than the smear I LOVE how this turned out-I like it much better than the one I made of my neices and I. Oh well, I guess I will have to do some more! ;)
thanks for sharing and looking.

I'd leave it too. You distressed parts of it already so it just looks like it should be like that. Did you get the ink to finally dry. I have a hard time with that white ink too, sometimes I have to blot it a bit to get it to totally dry or seal it in some way. Heating doesn't always make it dry on the nonporous surfaces. I really like how this turned out. Did you get the mini clipboard through SU or some place else??

adorable project! I don't think anyone would even notice the smear if you didn't tell...it just gives that cool distressed look! As long as you finally got it to dry! That's the thing about the white craft ink, though....must be why they gave us White StazOn!
Anyway, this is just too cute...is it one of the SU chipboard clipboards? Jan
