I spent several hours viewing Cindy's gallery and decided on the following: Blue Wednesday by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
Last weekend my best friend came for a visit and we stamped everyday. Before she arrived I went off to the local craft store and purchased designer paper, ribbon, gemstones and misc. items. Well, when I came across the pink polka dot and gingham papers I knew that I would use it for a birthday card for our granddaughter. Not sure how at the time. But, I realized today that this would be perfect with the much neglected stamp set Charming Children that I have been wanting to use lately. So, like Cindy, I made four cards. One for my granddaughter, two for my best friend's granddaughters and one for Cindy because of her special day as featured stamper.
I changed the colour combination, the stamped image, the sentiment and replaced the brads with gem stones for the bling. And of course used chocolate chip!
