IC84 Inspiration Challenge based on Karen's gift box.
The inspriation piece was a Christmas gift box. I chose to not use Christmas elements in my card.
I used the flower from best blossoms to take the place of the gold ornaments, stars, and snowflakes. I inked them in Apricot Appeal craft ink and embossed them with clear embossing powder. The leaves from the same set were used to represent the holly, ivy, and evergreen sprigs. I drew around them in crayon for a crayon resist technique. For the background, I stamped swirls and a border in Versamark ink. I then sponged over everything with Sage Shadow and Barely Banana ink. After adding the sentiment, the only thing that was missing was the gold stars that were scattered over the inspiration piece. I added two flower brads to take the place of the stars.
