For all those who ordered Ginormous Pieces Chipboard and don't know what to do with it because you were surprised by just how Ginormous it was, here is a page for you. I almost never just have 1 picture on a scrapbook page, especially a 12x12 size but when I saw these huge scalloped chipboard frames I knew what I wanted to do with it. I had this one picture of the boys in the tub and I wanted to scrap it. I love the new Cutie Pie Ds paper and the blue and celery sheet reminded me of bubbles. I felt it tied in with the theme of the page well.
Anyway, I traced the ginormous frame on the back side of the paper and then cut it out. I used modge podge to adhere the paper to the chipboard. I also used one of the inside chipboard pieces to measure out the mat for the picture on the polka dot paper (I didn't use the chipboard just used it for sizing). My background is a sheet of 12x12 pomegrant for the background and Big Deal and Best Friends lower for the title with bashful, celery, and pompegrant ink. Added a couple brads as accents. Oh and the circle number 3 is another chipboard piece from Lot of Letters Chipboard covered with the polka dot paper from cutie pie. I think the page turned out better than I envisioned.
Journaling reads: Joshua and Ryan have been dying to get in the tub with baby Nicholas. I finally gave in one night and Tim got this cute picture.

This is really, really cute....and I like the Cutie pie papers better than I thought I would. I too, have boys and was afraid they (the papers) would be to pinkish, but they are not at all. Looks like that paper pack will be going in my wish list too!

I love it. I have a similar picture of my 3 boys. Looks like your house is exciting as mine! Great idea! I will have to put this chipboard on my list! Thanks for sharing.

I'm lovin' this page! I also have 3 boys but they haven't all had a tubby together yet (the youngest is only 3 months). However, THIS has inspired me to get a photo like it and come up with a similar page. Just awesome! And I've been wanting to get the Ginormous stuff anyway - what a great way to use it! Thanks for sharing!

LOVE the page idea; I may have to CASE it; a similar bath photo is next up on my list of my son with his cousin.
Side note: I just scrapped a similar (ahem)....type photo of my 2 year old, and wrote an apology to my son for just having to put the pic in his album. I ask you: If not when he's 2, then When else is it actually deemed cute for a man to be grabbin' at it, and still legal to put in his photo album?!?!?! My DS's who have all girls are always commenting on the way my son acts in the bathtub. Your photo makes me reasured that I do have a normal little dude and that it is geneticly programmed into them!:-D
