Here is my card for WT121 - Stylus Challenge - Dry Embossing.

The birthday cake is dry embossed and then I heat embossed portions of it. Also, the background presents are dry embossed. The sentiment is heat embossed. There is a whole lotta embossing going on in this card!!!

It's great! I can see why your arms would hurt after all that embossing! LOL. It is wonderful.....the icing looks edible and the candles are really glowing!
