Well, this is another thank you card for the SCS hostesses.
This main image was a new technique for me. I got it from someone's blog but now I can't remember who!! I did it before summer holidays started and now I have summer brain -- it doesn't really work all that well. Anyway, you can probably find it -- I'll edit it in if I find it. Generally, you use packing tape, put it on wax paper, stamp an image with StazOn black, than turn over the tape and "paint" pearl ex onto the sticky side. I am alway trying to find new ways to use my Pearl Ex powders!
I really love the designer label punch but I'm not sold on all the past staps that go with it. I'm also not all that impressed with any of the new ones in the new catty :-(. However, I love using the Circle of Frindships and Riveting sets with it!!
Also, here is that So Saffron color again .... told you I can't stop using it!!

Great technique! I, too, have Pearl Ex powders and not a lot of ideas of what to do with them. I never realized the Riveting stamps fit so perfectly with the Label punch -- thanks for sharing!

Your technique did turn out beautifully. My demo taught me the same technique but we used acetate and then sprayed adhesive on the back of it to put out Pear-Ex on. You did an awesome job! I am sure it was difficult using so many different colors, but yours look perfect! TFS

Very pretty - I like how the type of ribbon you used makes is look as it you carefully put two pieces of ribbon through the label.
