I made this for my daughter to decorate her lab at work with. She loves the House Mouse stamps, so I used those. I used blender pens with watercolor pencils to color the picture. Then Luminere with blue pearl-ex to make the water more dimentional and shiny. For the saying I used the RGB for the blue to match the ribbon.

Additional Info
Stamps: House Mouse dancing in the rain
Paper: Very Vanilla, textured stock from LSS, SU! water color paper
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: Twill Tape, Wide Organdy Ribbon, Seaside Ribbons, Square Step Corner Punch, Linen covered wood frames from the LSS
What did you use as your base? I mean, what did you place your CS on?
Trying to tell...at first I thought a coaster, but then it looks too thick/wide.
Is it a block of wood?
TY
Never mind! I just saw that it's Linen covered wood frame from you LSS.
But a block of wood would work too, don't you think?

Hi Ctmhdenisem, I think you are right, and it would be alot cheaper to make also. My original thought was to stamp right onto the linen, but the images just did not come out sharp enough. So I decided to do it on the watercolor paper (opps, just realized I did not add that to the list of papers used) and cover the poorly stamped image with textured paper, which is the same texture as the linen. Thank you for the comment and suggestion to use wooden blocks. I will definately be using them next time
