This is for TLC123 The Unexpected You were to use something you wouldn't ordinarily use on a card. I made a pocket to put a pull-out card in. The ribbon is tied through chipboard that was inked with bashful blue craft ink. The charm says, courage. The card was dtp'd with bashful, Caribbean, sky, and brocade blue inks. The card then had not quite navy reinker dotted on it by putting ink on a toothbrush then running the toothbrush over the nozzle of the reinker. It made lots of little spots on the paper.
The shaker was made with a sandwich bag taped around another card dtp'd in blues again then filled with small beads and shells. The crab was colored with colored pencils and hung on a lace heart. The lace heart is my unexpected item. I typically would have hung this little guy on mesh of some kind. I loved the fact that this lace was a heart so my card will send love and courage to a friend whose fighting cancer and in a lot of pain.
