trying to case one of Faith's cards is like trying to keep up with Wonder Woman!!! layers, eyelets and ribbon OH MY!
I used brads (obviously not as many as she used eyelets!!...can you imagine what her card weighs?!!), changed sets, added cuttlebugged bgs and a button in the center of the double stamped flower.
I did my large scallopped cirlce by punching a large circle then punching a smaller one in the middle, just large enough to get the slit punch through the hole and make the scallops around the edge.
slit punch on the bottom piece of old world pp
the smaller circle I used scallop scissors

Awesome card Dawn. I love the dp and embellishments. Faith can't mail a card w/o adding extra postage. That is why mine is titled Hand Cancel Please! She is the queen of layers and added dimension!

Oh Dawn....you and I exist on a common planet lately.....I was breaking out in a sweat in the middle of my card........she must have that personality that just 'blooms' on details.....LOL
anyway....this is a beauty......worth all the effort (though I am guessing here....but....I think we will both go back to our own style....but appreciate her efforts even more in the future....lol)

Sounds like many of us were caught up in the details! I couldn't find one single 'simple' card in her gallery! Dawn, this is GORGEOUS! I love the dry embossed scalloped circle at the top. Even though you didn't do all the eyelets that Faith did, you still have a lot of brads herein! Whew!

Faith's cards are definitely not a take 10 card, are they? I found this challenge to be fun because it made me spend a little more time than I like to spend on one card, and gave me an eye more for detail. You did a great job on yours, Dawn.
