I used DCWV yellow textured cs for the base of the card, folded each side to make the gate as the opening. On each side I put black cs, then DCWV circled pattern paper and used the CB circle folder on the pp. I also used a piece of yellow ribbon attached it with a black square brad, put it in the corner. I then stamped the mouse image with black stazon ink, then colored them with watercolor pencils on white cs and used the ticket corner punch for the corners then glued it on black cs. I attached mini silver brads to the corner. I used a circle punch on yellow cs to make a circle, used it as a tab for the opening & closing of the card. The image is put on the card using 3D squares. This is for my boss who just had a hip replacement.

Oh, poor little mouse! Cute, nice coloring. I've never made one of these "gate" cards before, looks interesting. Thanks for all your detailed instructions!
BTW, my husband needs a hip replacement, how's the boss doing??
