I did last weeks sketch challenge, which I really like, along with todays Ways to Use It challenge.... using scallops in the card. This was my first try at doing a scalloped edge using the slit punch. It was alot easier than I anticipated. I used a sm. scalloped decorative scissor to put scallop around sentiment using outside of red oval as my guide. I embossed dp with the "Thanks" CB folder and red panel with "Spots & Dots" folder. I love how this card turned out. I love red & black with white color combo.

I just opened the daily uploads page and there you are. Great card Judy, I like the embossed designer paper and you did a great job on cutting those little scallops.

Wow! This is STUNNING, Judy! I absolutely love the embossed designer paper as bg to the red and black---really caught my eye in the gallery. I also like the small scallops around your oval image. Strikingly beautiful card!
