The challenge is to use a neglected set and mine is Stampin UpÂ’s Sunflower. When I bought the set it was for the sunflower but it is the hardest set for me to use so I spiced it up a bit.
All images are edged with black marker and the rock and roll technique used on the flower, center and leaves. I did direct to paper for the freehand cut stems.
I stamped the flower twice, cut out the petals deeper than the image to define each one. I sponged with colors from the center out and added the speckles. Flower and flower center is double layer. Glue was used to attach the flower to the card.
The square corner is done with the ¼” square punch. The wire is threaded thru the two corner holes and taped to the back. That took about two minutes to shape the wire and wrap around the brads.
Cuttlebug panel is sanded after embossing.

This is awesome what you did with this flower, Rox! I love it! The wire treatment is really cool, too. Beautiful card! This is one of those sets I just HAD to have and have only used once; you've inspired me to pull it out and give it a try again.
