I just (finally) got the lovely as a tree set an I love it. I also LOVE the faux wood background! I looked for the technique instructions under resources but couldn't find it. Would some one be able to direct me to a tutorial?

Several have asked about the instructions for the Faux Wood Technique. This is how I made mine.
Grab an old toothbrush, make sure it's a flat one, 2 - 3 reinkers, a ruler, and a marker. Drop several drops of reinker on a flat surfact (old plate, coffee can lid, etc.) and starting with the lightest color "smoosh" your toothbrush around in it and drag it across your CS in a line horizontal/vertical whichever way you want your wood panels to go. You might want to start off your CS at different spots or inside and drag as you tend to get dark spots at the start, but this all adds character to your wood grain! Continue with each color. When finished with the reinkers, get your ruler and marker and draw in the plank lines and make your nails. (Stagger your lines.) It will look like the hardwood floor samples at Home Depot!
