I would've loved to have one of those scallopped and large circle punches for this, but I didn't. I drew a circle around the monkey using a circle guide and cut it out by hand. Then I used a compass and drew a larger circle (the circle guide didn't have larger circles). I unscrewed my corner rounder and painstakingly punched scallops into the larger circle (an idea I got here on SCS).
I did this for WT117, which was the flourish challenge, and for Sketch Challenge 129.

Thanks for the idea of using the corner punch. I haven't found any of those cool scallop circle punches and I'm waiting to see what SU will offer us in the new catty. If not I guess it's off to cyberspace!

Your hand drawn monkey is just to darn cute!!! And the circle with scallops is beyond what I would have even thought about. You are very creative and talented. Really cute card!
