This is for the TLC121 challenge to make a quick card. Yeh....right!!!!! This simple little card idea took lots longer to come up with than putting together a complete scene card with lots of sponging and watercoloring. After I finally got the idea the card was quick to make....but *easy* is not *easy*. Coming up with even the simplist idea is taxing as a simple card needs to be interesting even though it is quick. I can honestly tell you that I feel mentally tired from making this simple little stupid card. I have to say how much I really admire the simple and adorable cards like our JulieHRR and others make. It certainly isn't my forte. It is always good for me to hit a challenge like this that is not easy and takes thought. It makes my little pea brain have to work. Can you smell the smoke???

Oh, Kittie, you are so funny, and, yes!, I can smell the smoke all the way up here in Michigan! Thanks for the laugh! I think your card is really cute. I like this little image from Smorgasborders and haven't used it in eons, but I especially love the new beautiful colors you used. Now, go sit and relax with your favorite beverage and be proud of yourself; this is NOT a stupid little card!

Great card, Kittie! Now that you have done the hard part... coming up with the card, you can make more in a hurry if you need to! Great job lining up the children stamp. That is where I lose patience!

LOL, now you know how the rest of us feel when we look at your watercolor cards!! You are a hoot Kitty, but you did the challenge and you did it beautifully (love the color of your plaid bg and the kids). Congratulations, now go take some Tylenol.
