Another dragon inspired card for my stepson. The background was made on a sheet of glossy paper and alcohol inks. I then cut it out into strips and used the SU Slit punch to make the individual scales. Once I had then all done I used StazOn Midnight Blue on a rounded edge cosmetic sponge to add shadow when the next scale strip would go. This was done to highlight the scales as otherwise they blended into each too much. Then I taped them on top of each other.
The dragon picture was from the web, colour was added, and then printed. The Happy Birthday was also printed from computer and I rolled on Classic SU ink. The other circle is folder vellum with some lightly sponged SU ink to represent wings. All three circles were made into tags using the MM Tag Maker. Vellum circles and brads were added, and then the tags attached.

What a marvelous and inspired piece of stamping art! So creative! Those layers of *scales* are fascinating, and great use of the internet and computer. I've resorted to that many times myself! :o) He must have loved it. TFS the details. Linda
