Very nice! I don't see how this is wrong. All three examples in the challenge used a different faux tile technique. It seems to me like you came up with another way to do it.

It is not wrong, since there is more than one way to make tiles! I like your variation! The cottage image was a good choice, and your colors appeal to me too.

I agree with the other gals. What is wrong with it? It is lovely. I have this stamp set and could never figure out how to use this cottage stamp. It works very well with you design and color scheme. I love it. Your tiles make me think of tumbled tiles. I think it's great.
