This is my first upload so, I'm a little nervous!
I love purple and olive, in combination. The background of layer 1 is stamped with SU! stamps and Versamark on Lovely Lilac cardstock and then embossed with clear EP On layer 2, the dandilions and lace flower stamps were colored with SU! markers: Always Artichoke, Old Olive, Lovely Lilac, Elegant Eggplant and Lavender Lace; and then, the grass, leaves, etc. were drawn in on lime scrap and matted on Elegant Eggplant CS. The butterfly was stamped on a Lovely Lilac scrap with black craft ink then embossed with clear EP. Four small areas were"bleached" with Castaway refiller by Jacquard. ( Works like bleach but, no odor! ) Areas were versamarked, then PearlEx in Amethyst and Spring Green were added. A vellum strip with the printed sentiment was secured with 2 small square brads turned on the diagonal.
I enjoyed making this card, but not as much as seeing all the beautiful and clever member submissions each day! Thanks for looking! With my best to all,

My, my, my! What a beautiful card. Why haven't you been posting before? You're keeping all your talents a secret! Thanks for the explanation of what you did. Now, maybe I can reproduce one myself. I just love it!!!! It's going into my favorites.:-D
