Used two 4 x 4 heavy weight coasters purchased from starlitstudio's store. Covered with ModPodge and Sarah Papers. Corners of the paper were rounded with the CM Corner Rounder. Edges smooshed into my Certainly Celery pad for a little color.
Hinges are scraps of Celery grosgrain ribbon adhered with sticky strip to the coaster and then covered with the paper.
"F" From Headline Alphabet stamped in Brocade Blue on Brocade Blue. Outlined with Black Stampin Write marker. The rest of the word was stamped with the Rough Edges Alphabet. Layered on So Saffron (or Barely Banana - they're mixed together in my scraps folder) and Certainly Celery. Scrap of Celery ribbon stapled on.
Butterfly was done by inking the Paisley stamp in Craft White and stamping it onto a sheet of acetate. Then I turned it over and pressed the ink onto the Saffron paper. Both sides of the wings were embossed with White embossing powder. Edges were colored with blender pen and Brocade Blue. The center color was done with Celery. The body of the butterfly was a scrap trimmed to just under 1/2 inch then rounded with my circle punch since I don't have the word punch. Antennae is made by punching an 1/8 inch hole and knotting a scrap of gold cord. Butterfly is up on dimensionals.
