I was playing around with a folded card like the "seal a note" kind of things (but not requiring a seal). The top flap opens up and the bottom flap opens down to reveal the inside of the card. I did a slit punch & square punch closure, which is explained in the view of the folded open card - the inside.

Love the layout and card design! Thanks for explaining how the card is folded and sealed - I'm going to have to try this one to share with my next round of club! Very clever!
