Ms. Mary Muffett-Pumpkineater, wife of Peter, now resides in a lovely pumpkin shell in suburban Stepford. She has taken up stamping and thanks to intensive therapy, she's been cured of her debilitating arachnophobia. She's the mother of eight, and plans on having more children, if you can believe it. Her friends have warned her that if she doesn't quit procreating, she'll wind up like that old woman who lives in a shoe, but she won't listen. (She's very contrary, you know.)
Mary was colored with Prismas & OMS, then masked off to paint her walls and stain her desk by sponging ink. The spiders strand was hand-drawn so that it could dangle from its web. The spider shell was given a glossy coat of Sakura Glaze, and highlighted with a Signo white pen.

Mary must really be a girly girl...because she is stamping in gloves and is afraid to get a little ink on her fingers....either that or she has been smooshing spiders all day and is trying to keep away from the bug guts! Bug guts might make for a very interesting Halloween card!
She is adorable (glad she is cured)
The card is adorable (glad you made it!)
The spider is not so adorable (glad he's gonna be smooshed!)
