CosmoBella had a little makeover!! (some masking and drawing and she is transformed!)
I wanted to do something a little different because I've had these stamps for a few months and havent really used them! (I know, I'm the only person on this planet!!) but seriously, I thought she should show that she too saluted our troops on Memorial Day here in NYC! Her pants are colored with Prismacolor Pencils, and her boots and hat are accented with gold marker. I used Ranger Ink for the distressing on the card and on the ribbon.
I'm sending this card to a friend of mine whose husband is serving in Iraq. Nothing could possibly thank them enough for all the sacrifice and suffering they endure for our country, but I thought this might bring a little smile to her face!!
Thanks for looking and maybe we'll see a Patriotic Bella soon (hint hint for Em.. ;) lol..

This is one of the most awesome Bella cards I've seen yet!!! What a great idea and so original! Being a former Marine myself, I can truly appreciate this card and the sacrifice that our troops have made and continue to make. I can also relate to how hard this is on the families back home. Great job!!! Just love it! Thanks for sharing!
