This was the first time I tried making this sort of thing. I recently made this box as a gift for my friend's bridal shower from a small accordian folder I found at Target. I got gift cards for a "Date Night-Out", "Date Night-In", "Anytime Date" and "Anytime Service" (free dog-sitting) and put them in the different dividers. The monogram on the outside, I did in Photoshop. It was a big hit with the bride AND groom and I was pretty pleased with it too! :)

Thank you so much for all your kind comments. :) For those of you that asked, I actually just bought the file box at Target back in their office supply section and then covered the box and dividers with the paper. And then I made index sized cards to hold the gift cards. So it was really easy! I've used the same gift idea for baby showers too, since new mom's and dad's need some date night's too, but I substituted the free dog sitting for free baby-sitting.
Someone else asked about using it for a graduation gift which I think is a great idea! You could get gas cards, grocery store cards, blockbuster, bookstore, etc. Maybe have titles like "Study break" (movie rental), "Hit the books" (bookstore), "Food for thought" (grocery store), etc.
For this box I got a Red Lobster gift card and movie tickets for the Date Night-Out, Blockbuster gift card and Papa John's gift card for Date Night-In, and Maggie Moo's ice cream and mini golf gift card for Anytime Date.
Hope this helps get your creative juices flowing and for those of you that said you can't wait to try one yourself, I'll be anxious to see them! :) Thanks again and have a great day!
