Using my newest acquisition, the Faux Ribbon set by Papertrey.
The oval around the sentiment was made by wrapping the scalloped 'ribbon' stamp around a piece of Maya Road chipboard while sticking it to my block...I got the idea to make it into a frame from Nichole Heady's blog.
The polka dots in the BG are from 'Behind the Scenes' by My Favorite Things (Yes, I really DO love this set ;)) The ribbon is black velvet, and a little heidi swapp bling on the ends from my friend Renee...
Thanks for Looking!!
