The image is colored with re inkers and artist brush. I used the Coluzzle to cut the ovals. Scallop is done with decorative scissors; start the cut where you’ll attach embellishments just in case it doesn’t come out even.
The black strips are designer paper.
The ribbon is tied first then attached with Diamond Glaze (the same product as Crystal Effects).
The tiny hearts are a punch and tacky glued to the card. I also used a punch for small flower centers and the leaves.
I doodled the image panel edge using a loop like the pigs tail.
Grass is free hand using an artist brush.
I cut the card down to 4” so the embossing went to the edge of the panel.

Rox, This is such a cute card. Love that pig. After reading this, I got out my scallop scissors and tried this. I've been wanting to do the oval punch, and never thought about doing it with my scissors.
