This fun background paper was made using the bleeding tissue paper technique. Rip bleeding tissue paper (found in the art dept. of Hobby Lobby), layer over glossy c/s and spritz with water. Let bleed for 15 min. or so and pull tissue paper off. Let dry and stamp. Hint: premake lots of background papers, then stamp and use as you wish in the future.

A huge leap from the tissue crafts we make in Kindergarten, same technique though! These are fabulous! Why haven't I done this at home... fave's for the future!
