This is for color challenge 115 and technique lovers challenge 117. I used crayon to highlight areas on the rose. The color challenge was violet, celery and olive. When I saw this combination, I immediately wanted to do a rose. I haven't used this rose in quite a while. I stamped in black stazon and watercolored with WWC the celery and olive. The rose was aquapainter with violet ink from the ink pad on the lid of the case. Roses were masked and violet was sponged around the rose. I used stickles to make the leaves and Happy Birthday stand out.
