So I already made a thank you card to my sister for everything she's doing as my maid of honor but my bareback set JUST CAME TODAY and we're a big rodeo going family so I HAD to make a card with horses on it and my sister is the ULTIMATE HORSE LOVER. So here it is! I probably could have done better but my sister will love it anyway because there's horses on it. I cut around the baby horse's face to make it look like he's peeking over the fence, and I love the way I used the jute to make a barb wire fence! SO CUTE! I'm going to be doing that on a lot of my horse cards I think. I'm so clever! (hehehe)

Techniques: I did cut around the baby horse's face to make it look like he's peeking over the fence, is that a technique? I colored it with water color pencils and blended with a wet paintbrush.

I like the fence affect, and the way you cut out the foal's face as you said, really gives it dimension. Your sister should like it. I, too, am a BIG horse fan. Just ask my sister, used to drive her nuts when we were kids growing up. I am getting back into this set, and having some real fun with it. TFS
