I made this card for Beate's sketch challenge over on her blog. It gave me a wonderful jumping point for my Mother's Day card.
This is only the second time that I have ever used Bodacious Bouquet (don't ask me why as I love this set) and the first time that I have ever used the Classy Brass embossing template (embossing the old fashioned way sure does make me appreciate my Cuttlebug). Beate's sketch calls for a flower element in the upper left corner of the main piece. I just couldn't put myself to place anything there as it took away from the central image (I tried Prima's and other stamped images from the set...just didn't look right to me).
Cut into some of my favorite Crate paper (Twirl collection?) for the bottom piece. Used my CB for the slider piece. Everything else, is pretty straight forward.
