Today we lost our beloved Pepper - a needless death because of an uncaring vet. She was only 5 years old and the light of our lives. I wasn't going to do a challenge today, but wanted to do something to remember her by - sure hope this is ok.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. She looks so much like my baby, that we had to put down 4 weeks ago, and the tears just rolled down my cheeks as I read your comment.
The loss never goes away, but finds a place to tuck into your heart, and they are forever with us.......gone, but never to be forgotten.....ever.
What a beautiful tribute you did, it's beautiful
People who don't have pets, don't get it. Our pets are members of our families, and love us unconditionally, no matter what and I think that's why we feel the loss so badly.
I hope that I am 1/10 of the person that my dog thought I was !!
God bless you...and I'm so sorry for your loss
p.s. my baby's pic is in my avatar, along with my 2 persians.....

I lost my beloved Pepper over 30 years ago, and I've never forgotten her, so it is true that your Pepper will always be in your heart and your memories. How unfortunate that you came across an uncaring vet; my heart goes out to you and I'm sending you a big hug. What a darling, darling memento of your little sweetie.
