For today's sketch challenge. This is a favorite sketch of mine. Sort of cased myself, didn't realize how much this was like an earlier card until I was finished.
The main image on this is stamped on watercolor paper first with creamy caramel(stamped off first) and the linen background stamp. Inked the solid rose image in cranberry crisp, stamped off then misted with water. Stamped the detail part of the rose with cranberry crisp as well. The solid part of the leaves are inked in true thyme, stamped off then misted with water as well. Then the detail stamp is inked with true thyme and stamped over the top. The center of the roses is filled in with so saffron ink and a dauber. Edges are sponged with close to cocoa and the sentiment is stamped in chocolate chip. Layers are stamped with weathered background and sponged in close to cocoa.

Beautiful card! I love the weathered background and it's been on my wish list forever. I'll keep your card for ideas to use when i will finally get it. TFS!! :
