This is the card I prepared and shared at the SCS Arlington Swap on Saturday.
For the pencil over technique, the stampers used prismacolor pencils to color the dried flower print which had been prestamped in Whisper White Craft Ink. Itty Bitty Backgrounds was used to stamp the Pretty in Pink layer and the background leaves from Petal Prints were stamped with Close to Cocoa on the Chocolate Chip card front.

Teddie, this was a stunning card and I'm thrilled to have made one yesterday! I'd never tried that technique but will be doing so again real soon. It was great meeting and stamping with you!
