This is a book that I made so that I can keep track of my workouts at the gym. In order for my health insurance to pay $20/month of the membership, I need to go at least 12 times per month. Also, I like to keep track of what I'm lifting so that I can tell if I'm improving. I made the pages on my computer so that all of the weight and cardio machines are listed and I have twelve columns so that I can mark the date and the weights/time for the different machines. Since I'm not too good at making continuous holes with the BIA, I decided to just put holes on either side -- It works for me. I also put clear contact paper on the covers and inside so they will stay clean. Although I forgot to cover the inside until after I had put the book together. (Oops.) I carry the book with me at the gym and write in it as needed. The page size is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2.
